Payment
Local payments can be made through BCA, ShopeePay, GoPay, and DANA.International payments will be made through VGen.100% payment required upfront for the work progress to start.
If there are no payment within 7 days, the commission will be cancelled.
Revision
1x Major change only on rough piece
1x Minor change on final, to fix mistaken detail(s)
Any revision requests beyond the listed amounts will not be available.
Progress & File
The general artwork progress will usually take around 1 week, up to 4 weeks, depending on the queue and communication.The file will be a 300dpi PNG format, and the canvas size will be no greater than 4000px.
Rush fee is available.If the progress gets delayed due to personal matters, I will inform ASAP.
Usage
You may:
- Post the result on your own social media with credits to the artist.
- Set the result as profile picture, header, and social media decorations.
- Print the result as personal merchandise.You may not:
- Reproduce or sell as any commercial product if you did not pay for commercial use
- Claim the result as your own
- Use the result for generative AI.
Refunds
Refunds are only available if the work progress haven't started. If the work progress has already started, there will be no refunds.
Communication
1. I will inform you when the commission work has started.
2. I will send a rough piece, giving an opportunity to revise or continue
3. After I finish the piece, I will ask you for confirmation if there are any details that require minor changes.
4. After you confirm, the final piece will be sent as a file.Please stay active during the commission progress.
